Teaching method is based on classical teaching methods of Russian piano school traditions (incl. Nikolayev, Artobolevskaya, Altermann, Pechkovskaya, Schmid-Shklovskaya methods, as well as Neuhous, Chopin, Gat advanced methods, etc.) and the authorial teaching method “Mental Cluster“© (the method was officially praised by the Educational Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation).
In 2015 Ms.Melentieva was awarded with Official Gratitude of the State Duma Educational Committee of the Russian Federation “for personal contribution to innovative teaching techniques development in the system of contemporary education, progressive pedagogical practices spreading, and raising the prestige of the teaching profession”.
9 years of work experience in the State system of professional music education. 19 years of private teaching practice.
Regularly gives master-classes for students and teachers of Moscow music schools.
Among students are participants and winners of national and international music competitions. Students regularly and with pleasure perform at class and at home concerts.
